This is a detailed beauty! The kachina is a White Ogre, carved in wood (unknown type) using mixed media. The mask is highly detailed with feathers, black, white, red, and turquoise paint. The kachina is holding a knife and wooden weapon. The kachina has shell and leather wrist, and arm bands. The torso, both front and back, have leather and shell wraps. The feet have leather, fur, and leather-fringed moccasins. Red and green yarn is used to further enhance the appearance of the White Ogre.

Artist: A. Tsinajinnie (same artist as famed Navajo painter?)

Condition: Very good. Left foot lose from string, see photos, but string still present. Price has been reduced because of the loose string.

This would be a beautiful addition to any kachina lover's collection.
